Cant change my acc E-mail

i do what i need to do

Enter acc-
Edit acc

and than it enter me to a windwo that is "edit acc (playNC)"
and i try to change my GW acc e-mail but i cant :\

You can't change your account email.

On a side note, when my own account was hacked into, the hacker managed to have the account name changed, even though Anet Support says that it cant be changed. It boggles me still.

my guild wars e-mail getting spam mail all the time, and i got another e-mail that i use all the time, i dont use the guild wars e-mail now :\.
that sucks.

It does suck. What's a person to do if they were to no longer have access to that email? Then what? I think they need to change this. It's an ncsoft thing, not anet.

You can't change the e-mail you use to login on your GW account. You can change the e-mail where you receive anet and PlayNC messages through your playNC account though. i.e. GW login: [email protected] (can't change that one), mailing address: [email protected] (can change that one). that way you can receive the info from anet and plaync w/o the spam.
