A/any Poisonous Impaler

Got bored, made this, it works.
Its an RA/TA build, might even work in AB or GvG. Its basically a melee version of the Signet Spiker. I was just bored this morning so I made up a mock build, and surprisingly got a gladiator point out of it!
Attributes:
Deadly Arts: 12 + 1 + 3
Dagger Mastery: 10 + 2
Shadow Arts: 8
Critical Strikes: ZERO(very unlike me to have no CS)
Skills:
[skill]Assassin's Promise[/skill][skill]Dark Prison[/skill][skill]Black Spider Strike[/skill][skill]Horns of the Ox[/skill][skill]Impale[/skill][skill]Signet of Toxic Shock[/skill][skill]Feigned Neutrality[/skill][skill]Resurrection Signet[/skill]
*Assassin's Promise and Dark Prison can be replaced with Parasitic Bond and Aura of Displacement)
Just pick a target, preferably one that is low armored or below 3/4 health already, and start out with AP and DP, or whatever hex/shadow step you choose.
Now unleash the combo from Black Spider Strike through to Signet of Toxic Shock, kill the enemy off, and all your skills are recharged(if you used AP).
Use FN as a heal, and Res Signet as a Res.
Since the combo is only a 15s recharge, the first 2 skills can be changed to whatever you want really, but this works for me! Aura of Displacement and Siphon Speed could even work here. I saw it kill any non tank/defensive stancer in one sweep, and brings even those defensive targets down to near dead so the team can finish them. It worked so well for something that took no preparation or ideas, it just amazes me.
for PvE, try death blossom instead of HoTo.

Lol. I run this build in PvE except I use Deaths Charge, Nine tail strike and Shadow refuge.

Just got another glad point killed SEVERAL 500+ hp tanks with it, so basically the only things that stand against it are uber monks and defensive stances. WOOT!
EDIT: my god... i just singlehandedly killed a 4 man team + priest in RA... 2/4 people on my team was afk...
my strategy: C123456. thats it.

This build is pretty generic, but it works. I do suggest you lay off the Superior Deadly Arts, though. Change the Attribute Spread:
Dagger Mastery:10+1+1

well you still have a sup deadly arts rune in there... but I think you meant dagger mastery rune xD the dagger attributes are the least important in this build anyway. deadly arts is all the damage.

It would only take one more skill slot. Remove one of your hexes, FN or rez.

Well, I can tell you now that the build isn't going to work in gvg- You don't have 1/2 the mobility needed to do well there.
You're also going to be hurting heavily if a good ranger decides that he doesn't like you...no, he isn't going to miss your dual attack w/Distracting Shot...he's going to hit it every time.
Then again...as you said, this is an RA build, and there are almost never any good players there...so nothing to worry about.

Well, like all builds that use AP, once you see a team with a capable monk, it fails, and when it does, your only 2 hexes for starting the combo a screwed, think that 2 different hexes would work a million times better. The damage in nothing amazing, and it's slow, or atleast easy for a monk to counter. Being out of battle for 45 seconds ins't what the assassin is about.

Dunno, it works great for me! I just take out the monk first, then press C123456 a few times and I usually win after that. Works great in Hero Battles with dash instead of res for capping and killing others who try to cap.

well, how can you intend to kill the monk with an easy countered build like this (Pre veil and hex breaker will destroy this build), unless you have other people in your team to do that job for you. If not, I don't see this build doing anthing great.

Nope, hex breaker problem - solved.
Dark Prison. You shadow step in, hex breaker goes away, follow with assassins promise, and you only need the hex for one attack. If you can't get that off you aren't fast enough to play a sin.

i have been useing a similar build for a long time now in FA and AB,instead of AP+DP i use SP-BSS-HotO-Impale-SoTS and i bring along hexbreaker(to counter other hex required builds) Deadly Paradox and Feigned

SP Works too, as the recharge isn't that long. It's basically SPBoA, with no BoA, and with unblockable, armor-ignoring damage. Thats why it can take out warriors and other tanks so easily.

Hmm that could actually work, but I'd rather see it on a combo like Jagged->Wild->DeathBlossom, BSS still has too long of a recharge there IMO.
