as the title suggests my idea is -
add the ability to see the full skill bar of a target in observer mode and also the ability to see it's conditions , hexes enchantments and energy bar... this will help very much for later understanding of the problems ur guild may have met during ur gvg \ HA... it will also let you copy (and im gonna say why it's ok) the observed target more easily... course some will this will make it too easy to copy a target skill bar. BUT i say you can actually copy it right now anyway... you just observe a target for long enough and then you can see which skills it uses... thus copy them... this will just be easier and faster method that wont make any new "exploit"... also the ability to see the target energy bar will make it easier for a leader to see when and why his monks had problems with energy... (good for starters in gvg combat)
this shouldnt be too hard for the guys in arena net to make real i belive...
i think this will eventually become true anyway
what you think?
ability to see the skills and conditions in observer

nope, if people could slap a (c) on there builds they would. It would be nice, but the anti-stealing uproar would be quite large.

Well, Ive been playing since beta and would actually like to see the ability to see other players skills in observer mode removed. I have alot of friends in GW, guest other guilds in GvG and become involved in discussions related to builds with alot of people and honestly from my experience I can say that I think the ability is having too much of an influence on what you see in GvG and HA in a negative way. Thier are way too many people out there that are just sitting watching guild battles and copying builds. I think its a major reason you see all these trends come and go, because everyone is doing the same thing. Its taking all the originality and fun out of the game.
In fact I think Im going to start a thread supporting the removal of the abilities of observers to see the skills of other players, but I dont have time tonight, if anyone reads this and agrees please start a thread if you feel strongly about my point of view, otherwise ill do it later.

removing the ability to see one's skills would mean taking off half the observer mode intention... you're supposed to learn from observer and then improve.. also it let new comers a chance to see and learn from the pros... and also assist your guild after a loss in gvg you can observe your fight and understand when and what went worng... what im suggesting here is merely an improvment to that... and also a way to simplfy things that can be understood anyway but will just take longer ...

I think seeing skills the way it is now while watching your own guild battles that you participate in is ok, and nothing wrong with that, but something should be done about all the people that just sit around watching top guild battles and copying builds. That is where I think the ability to see others skills in observer should be removed.

It makes things easier for build copiers... but they can copy builds either way.
I would definitely agree on conditions/hexes though.
