I bought one yesterday. Seller was spamming for 10mins 100k .. i asked for 85 and got it for 90k.
Same shield with +30hp and unmodded ins. probly I got lucky.Hope it helps

i have myself sold many req9 tactics 30/-5 (20%) for around 100k+8 ectos.
i'd say 100k+3e on this one.

i got 100k+15e on 1 but it was reduce blind
