To the top please, I'm really unsure of caster offhands.

It now has a +30 on it, but I doubt that'd influence the price much.

I've not traded one, but going by prices of other common skin Req 8 offhands I'd say 60k+

Get more opinions though

which skin is it? eyeball or regular orange flame one?

its the orange flame ; also noted as "regular" in the OP

um hard to say with those req 8 golds

have seen some sell from anywhere between 60k up to 100k 30e.... with that skin, probably on the lower end
