I have the same glitch as well. Believe it happened right after I completed the bonus (and mission again) for Thirsty River. Looks like a bug...

I dont think it was intended to even count towards the title.

Augery Rock (Defeating your Doppleganger) has always counted towards the 25 missions needed for title. Look for all the threads from people saying "I've got 24 missions, where's the 25th?"

Maybe it's being counted twice now that the map's changed. - LOL
