Where do I get the Elite skill: Aura of the Lich?

Where will I be able to capture this skill? Is it in that dragon cave?

Check Guild wiki out to be sure but i captured mine from the big Kahuna himself at Hell's Precipice.

It's only available in Hell's Precipice.
