I was just wondering... are there any guilds with some SPECIFIC goals? (I don't mean insane faction/fame/other pvp points farming). I mean more like... roleplay, helping new ppl (and I don't mean stuff like "we are a helpful guild" coz that I see in the chat at least once/minute), achieving something, analysing the GW universe completely, etc....
My recent goal in GW became clear, and that's getting as much maxed titles before GW2 as possible, and in effect at least tier 3 in KOABD title track (aiming for tier 4 tho).
So, just wondering, does your guild have a goal? How many members in the guild share this vision and work towards the goal? How devoted are you to it?

To foster an enjoyable gaming experience for its members, by providing a cooperative atmosphere, information, and material resources.
Yes it's awfully vague, but providing the cooperative atmosphere can encompass much. I know I for one probably would not have reached my KOABD without the assistance of my guildmembers for prot titles; we may not have filled our hall with services so quickly without everyone's help; I may not have been able to afford my pretty armor without the fun and good groups we do in UW/FoW/Deep/Urgoz etc.
When we know someone does have a personal goal, we do everything we can to help them achieve it. So although it's a cliche, it's what "fun and helpful guild" really means.
