WTB AR 14-16, Req 7-9 Tactics Shields (Inscribable)

I am looking to buy Inscribable Tactics shields for my monk.

I will buy AR 14 and 15 if Req = 7.
I will buy AR 16 if Req = 8 or 9.

Though I prefer the Iridescent Aegis > Woven Shield > Diamond Aegis skins, please post what you have and your asking price. I'll contact you in game if I see something I'm interested in. FYI: Sea Purse, Sun and Moon, and Ancient Shields currently give my character clipping issues.

I will consider buying blue, purple, and gold items as long as they are inscribable. Obviously, the price I'm willing to pay will vary with rarity and skin.
I will pay 15k extra for +30HP handle.
I have no interest in -5/20%, and I will not pay extra for it.

I bought a Req 9 Iridescent Aegis that I'm very happy with.

I am still looking for an inscribable AR 14-15 / Req 6-7 Tactics Shield.
Woven Shield is the ideal skin, but color and skin don't really matter that much as long as it meets the above specifications.

Req 9 tactics Diamond Aegis.
