How much do runs really cost?

i need to know how much it costs to run from Ascalon City to Amnoon Oasis?
i ran someone and dont know how much to charge them.
please tell me if you find out something.

It's how ever much someone is willing to pay. It's a long run so figure out how much for each leg (pardon my TAR reference) of the run. Make sure you collect at each town/outpost. Also know, you will be ripped off, so make sure they have the amount in question and take screen shots.

Always be sure to agree on a price and payment method beforehand. It's best to pay when you reach an outpost if possible. It also helps if you can trust the person running you and vice versa...

Prices can fluctuate. I would look at what other people are charging and go about 1k less.

I also make sure they show me the money before I leave, that way I know that can actually pay for it.

In sections, these are the prices I most commonly see when I'm watching chat.

Ascalon City -> Yaks Bend [ 500-1000g - Common and easy, so averages at 600g ]
Yaks Bend -> Beacons Perch [ 500-1000g - Not too difficult, so prices are usually around 500 - 750g, but I have seen 1000g ]
Beacons Perch -> Lions [ 500-600g ]
Lions -> Temple of Ages [ 700-1000g - Popular Destination wanted by many ]
Lions -> Sanctum Cay [ 1000g - 2000g - It fluctuates on the time of day/active players ]
Sanctum Cay (Mission) [ 1000g ]

Although since you want to do the run in one go, you could perhaps get

Ascalon City -> Lions Arch [ 1,500g ]
Lions Arch -> Sanctum Cay [ 1000g ]
Sanctum Mission [ 500g ]

This totals to 3k per person, the same as I charge. I added the sections because you could pick people up when your party max size increases.

Note: these are prices I have observed whilst searching for runs or sitting idle, watching chat for any good deals. EU servers (could vary on US?

I would have to say thats its usually 1-2 from Ascalon to Lions arch...with a stop at beacons and yaks....from Lions to Sanctum is about 2k....so 1k at Toa and the rest at Sanctum....do the mission for 1k

so total run from Ascalon to Desert would be 1500(average) + 2k + 1k so 3500g also tell them you want a few mins at each outpost you stop to spam that you are running etc.....to make more money for the same run...and then tell him/her if he doesn't want you to do that then the price doubles up since you could possibly make more $$ looking for others at each out post.
