I have the skin but its not Req 8. Req 9 15^50 +27hp. Nothing special to me. I've seen people trying to sell similar swords for 30k but thats a bit overpriced to me. I'd have to find what char it's on but if you're interested its yours for 10k. Mod it as you please. IGN is Legendary Ryouko
