it is a normal defender the skin is that of the normal pvp strenght shield.
It is gold not inscriptable.

I'd say 5kish as it's a very common skin with mixed mods, stance and enchantment... even though it's a low req.

Next to worthless. Most likely a hard sell for anything over 5k.
