Shadow Shields in FOW.

Hey, Here's some questions for the experts. I assume NightFall grants access
to FOW. Are the drops inscriptable? Can handles be used on NF based FOW
shields? Why is it so hard to find higher than REQ 9 shadows? I've seen at
least 10 roll by in trade & local, not nice, over 2 days that were 9. I am looking for a specific +45/-2 while enchanted. Don't remove this post. It's not a WTB! Does a handle say it's a handle on the shield or is it another guessing
game like the unid'ed items not being shown as inscriptable until id'ed.

FoW and UW and core area, so no inscribable drops there. Some skins do drop in Elona and are inscribable.
