A hard dervish question

I asked before few times with no answer in other forums i think, that about Watchful Intervention - Enchantment Spell. For 60 seconds, the next time target ally's Health drops below 25%, that ally is healed for 50...170 Health. If im casting this on a member and after recharge i cast to another party member (and so on) these stack? Each member ill have this protection?
But if im casting this on me (is posible and this really work on your self too) the other enchatments on others remain?
Now about Faithful Intervention - Enchantment Spell -If damage drops your Health below 50%, Faithful Intervention ends. When Faithful Intervention ends, you are healed for 30...126 Health. - when im castin on me Watchful intervention and i already have Faithful Intervention on me these stack ? i mean first time when my live drop and next time too.

Plz no comments only "expert" answers, cuz if some1 have time to answer he ill leave my thread because many replies with no point. Sry for the long question but im using these all day and is hard to observe

Yes, you may have both watchful and faithful intervention on yourself at the same time, one triggers at 50% and the other at 25%. You may also cast Watchful on multiple teammates without problem.

Oh thx, now to no start another thread i want to know too why in heroes asscent are many rangers (or wariors). Or im wrong? i saw few observer mode.
How do i get a party in heroes ascent, i have it on map but is hard to get a party, prolly cuz i have no rank, dont know...

With such dumb question, you'll never find a serious group, or if you do, they will kick you !
To play in HA, you have to know a bit the meta game, a majority of skills effects... As your question shows it, it seems you are new to GW.
HA is the elite pvp, so guys there are really narrow minded, as every elite is good luck if you aren't ranked

Until you get some rank, your best bet is to just get a guildie/friend/alliance group together and do HA. That is really all you'll be able to do at the moment because of the whole "rank discrimination"

I have a last question, if im using a necro skill -4 health degen x seconds and after, i cast other skill with health degen -3 on same target, these stack (-7) ?

Yes, both the enchants and health degen stack.

As for getting into HA,
