q9 +5s would be extremely popular if max, about 100k30-40e.

Non-max you're looking at sub 100k, unfortunately. Maybe 60-70k? Maybe a little more.

I sold my req-9 15>50 gold salients for around 350k and bought a req-8 set for ~700k.

Unfortunately the non-max damage really kills its price. I'd "guess" 25k to a player collecting it for the skin (or a mesmer running illusionary weaponry), but otherwise it isn't worth using.

Who knows... maybe someone will pay more for it.
