Got this from a FoW chest:

Earth Dmg: 6-28
Req 13
Damage +15% (While Health is above 50%)
Armor +7 vs. Physical Damage
The 13 req will hurt the price (Though using an axe with low axe mastery isn't the best idea anyway), but does anybody have any idea on how much it is worth?
