you gotta nice concept..I'd like you to draw cloth folds and stuff like that little details makes a great piece.. don't let the colors outshine the line art, kuz' lineart in fundamental to a good piece... I see you art is constant and I know you can do really nice if you put the heart into it.. keep posting!

Very nice, smooth colouring and a cute style.

I think you should maybe try drawing a bit more folds in the clothing (details ftw! And it would look very nice with the cel-shading style ^^) and maybe practice a bit more on having a proper lightsource. Remember that you can even make folds in the clothing just by shading with colours, rather than doing folds in the lineart itself.

Still, you don't need to worry about changing too much, this is very good too!

Her right foot (left for the viewer) looks a bit odd though.
You did some good work on creating perspective with those fishnets

Her shoulder + upper arm seem to be a bit fat compared to the rest of her body.

You've got a good sense of proportions though, so I might be wrong there.
