Why are so many people getting banned?

Why are so many people getting banned? People I know in Guild Wars Guru, who I practically grew up with in GWG are practically dropping. Sooo many people helped me, and now they're banned. For example, Poison Ivy. She was banned today. Her last activity was at 2:14PM. I can't remember any more names, but I do remember that some other people I know in the forum have also been banned.

Why? Just why?

People get banned for breaking the rules. Plain and simple.
