1.)
Platinum Staff of Warding
energy+10
cold dmg. 11-22, req. 10 death
halves cast time of death 19%
halves skill recharge 10%
armor+7 vs. ele. dmg.

2.)
Poisonous Longsword of Enchanting
15-22, req. 10
energy+5
lengthens poison
enchants 20%

I know you've been trying to get this staff PCed for a while now, but frankly nobody can give you an accurate PC on this other then to say "possibly 100k+". Super rare skin, old school 10% HSR, and an imperfect but 19% HCT Death (more important to most MMs then HSR) make this impossible to PC. Only 1 way to know..... put it up for sale.
