Eye of the North Armors: PLEASE A-net

Eye of the North promises new armor sets and whatnot. All I ask is that A-net PLEASE make some Assassin armors that aren't ridiculous.

I don't want 9-foot blades hanging off every limb of my assassin. Please A-net, can we get at least 1 assassin armor that isn't ninja-ed out?

Though it is true that I don't like very much those blades in some armors... My favourite ones are the Imperial 1.5k and the Vabbian.

Why stop with Assassin? Petition for better-looking armour, all around. I'm lucky if I find more than one armour-type per profession that I like. But I agree... The blades on the Assassin armour are quite ridiculous.

it was just today that i said assasins have the nicest armor except the fishy primeval one. I've never ever used an assasin and im out of slots to make one so ill have to wait and see.
If anything i think paragons have horrible armor. it all looks exactly the same except i do like the female fow but im hardly gunna get that.

What is wrong with the blades on the assassin armor? It looks good except the 15k imperial. If you want to complain, complain about Male paragon having Nipple Showing armor. Now thats really need some work. We expected the paragons to have Wings, or Wing blade armours. But instead anet gave us Nipple showing armors.

Edit: And give paragons a helm. Like the spartan helm from 300. Nobody likes sparkly, glowing balls on their foreheads.

As far as assassin armor being ninja-ed out, nothing could be farther from the truth in gw. Ninja are supposed to be stealthy, as should assassins, and one can't be stealthy with huge honking blades protruding off your shoulders...I think anet wants to show off the assassin as a living weapon of sorts with their ridiculous armor, but c'mon!!! can they even walk through a door without turning sideways?

Two things I would love to see would be for armors to take on more of a look reflective to the region. Factions armor excelled at this, though only a few nf skins did in my opinion(ancient rit and vabbian warr being the best examples). The second would be to see the skins of the some armor skins on another class. An example being a warrior armor set that consists of tatoos that's seen typically on monks...I know this doesn't make much sense considering what i've said above, but the norn do it...

Hmmm... I had a look at the armors on Guild Wiki, and I see what you mean. the 1.5K ones are alright. In fact, they're all OK, except for the Female Exotic Armors, 1.5K AND 15K. They should be re-named to Pincushion.
