skill animations in GH? how?

I've been in my guild's hall when a member's character will show the animation from a skill. The green and yellow flowers from Trolls Unguent is one I remember seeing. Another was a purple glow that briefly surrounded the character.

At the time I was busy and now don't know who that guildie was.


It this the animation from the skill or is there some special emote? Or perhaps is this some Collectors Edition bonus?

Just curios, nothing I have tried does any animation like this

Almost every skill has an animation attatched to it. Some are very dominant (Protective Spirit) and some are barely noticable (Frenzy), but they're there.

How are these animations showing in the Guild Hall???

Nothing I try shows an animation in the GH but I have seen them on other characters.

the Troll animation can be achieved in outposts by eating chocolate bunnies.

the purple glow is the special aura you received from proph collectors edition (i think mesmers had a purple aura)

Also sugary drinks give you the purple glow.

so they were just sitting there having a snack? and I thought they knew some cool command I was unaware of....
