zero enchantment farming builds?

I've been using several enchantment-heavy farming builds on different professions.... Getting tired of maintaining a bunch of enchantments, and of being stripped or hexed to death in the process.

Does anyone have some good solo farming builds that use ZERO enchantments? I thought I remembered seeing a warrior build like this, but have searched guru forums and can't find it again for the life of me.
