Hey there, I was wondering if anyone would be able to give me a PC on these:

Sundering Oni Daggers of Enchanting
Piercing Dmg: 7-17 (Requires 10 Dagger Mastery)
Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
Armor penetration +20% (Chance: 20%)
Enchantments last 20% longer

Edit: Added this:
Fiery Storm Bow of Warding
Fire Dmg: 15-28 (Requires 10 Marksmanship)
Damage +15%
Energy -5
Armor +7 (vs. elemental damage)
