For tanking in a 5 man Fow... there really is no set skill bar. Just put a few defense skills (Watch yourself, shields up, whatever defense stance(s) you like, Dolyak Signet->Very good skill for tanking, etc...) on your bar. If you feel like just pure tanking I would recommend an obsidian flesh tank(-Modified) or something along those lines (Or go the easy way and run a Healing hands whammo :-P) . How many defense skills you put on is up to you but, with a properly set-up "bonder" you're going to be taking 1/4th of normal damage so in essence - "A stuffed ferret can tank".

Just bring survivability buffs, something to stop spells, something to stop knockdowns, and a snare to stop stuff from running away.
The one I use is:
Earth Magic 12
Earth Prayers 10+2+1
Mysticism 8+1
Obsidian Flesh {e}
Armor of Earth / Shock (if you have a bonder)
Fleeting Stability
Armor of Sanctity
Conviction
Mystic Regeneration
Veil of Thorns
Vital Boon
Use full Windwalker's and a +20 energy/+20% enchanting staff for energy.
Just cast all your enchantments except Obsidian Flesh before battle as it slows you down significantly, if one of the monks has Spellbreaker then let him/her use that, otherwise just cover yourself with Vital Boon (use first so you get the heal after two shatters, negating shatter damage) + Armor of Sanctity to protect against shatter. Group the stuff and let them cripple themselves from attacking you before your nuker hits them. Use Obsidian Flesh after Spellbreaker starts to fall or if its not active just use it when you get aggro.

I quite often FoW with 4 of my guildies running with an echo nuker, battery SS, healing monk and bonder, myself being the bonder, and we were not having luck finding a good tank. So we did away with the tank and our ele tanks. He does not have nrg management issues anymore either. If you can do it I recomend it.
