PC on tribal sheild for warrior (its the face skin)

How much would it be worth with +30 health -5/20?

i havent modded yet but can and probably will, also dyed green which looks sweet
its tribal skin, the face one not the one koss starts with
max armor, req. 9 tactics (tactics only sheild)
Inscription: Sleep Now In The Fire= +10 armor vs fire damage

Imo its not worth 'modding it perfectly' since you will rarely get the money which you spent on mods back. It could however, make it easier to sell.. but won't add a worthwhile amount to the actual value.
