confirming/debunking the "terror shield"

now, before you mods close this one, let me say there is a method to my madness (i think).
anyway, in order to be able to positivly confirm or deny the existence of said item i am hereby offering the following:
to the first person who scheduals a viewing of the terror shield with myself and an official guru mod (preferably savio, but any of these guys will do) a fee of 25k, in-game gold will be offered for this quick session to once and for all either prove, or disprove its existence.
quite obviously anyone who would turn down free money, has something to hide, and if it exists, its one of the easiest bundles of gold you'll ever make.
what is my interest in this? why am i willing to pony up the cash to "call the bluff" on the shields existence?
simple, if it doesnt exist, i lose nothing, if it does exist, i'll know what my next pet-project is...its that simple.
25k for the substanciation of this particular item.

the one i saw she said she couldnt disconfirm it with 100% certainty.
