Runes on Bounty Icons

Can anyone tell me about the runes used on all Sunspear and Lightbringer bounty icons? There are five characters, and I am wondering what they say, and what language they are written in. The runes are not the same as the ones on the flags showing a map of Tyria in the lowlands of Diessa in Tyria.
