Post a bid, or do not post. Advice/questions/comments should be done via pm / ingame whispers /email.
Do not post in service threads unless leaving direct feedback on services rendered or requesting service from the OP. Ignoring the starting bid is also a non-bid. If you want to bargain PM the OP. This is all clearly stated in the rules. Because your post has violated the guidelines, you have been temporarily banned.
