Inscription Brawn over Brains

Shield of the Lion of Devotion - Req 10 str
45+ enchanted
Inscriptable

Does the perfect inscription add to the shields value? think the inscription is worth 10-15k

Eagle Defender of Devotion - 11 Command
45+ Health
Inscription Swift as the wind

Is the shield worth more as is or just remove the inscription?
