1) This build has no defense or self heal, which is a big no no.
2) This build has no energy management.
3) At 8 scythe mastery, you will do poor damage with your scythe and at 12 channeling you will do poor damage with your channeling compared to an actual dervish or rit running with 16 attributes. Basically you will take on two jobs and do both badly with this build.
Splinter weapon with a Dervish is about the only good idea in this build, but even then, you are better off with a ritualist in your team casting it on you rather than spreading your attributes and running into energy problems.

Really, I made this as a kind of a proof of concept build, just to see if i can actually make a decent D/Rt build, which, as you said, isn't exactly easy in of itself to do. I know there are alot of weaknesses to this build, so I'm gonna try and see if I balance them out and use this as a general build.

no energy managment and no healing. also no rez, but you would have to fit all 3 of those into the extra slot

Your answer is "no".
Spirit rift and Rage? Wth? Did you just throw two random channeling skills in there? Those do nothing for the build, they're just low damage(at 12 channeling) bad nukes.

Fastest death ever.
I'm trying to make a nice D/Rt build in order to drop a huge spike, then finish off survivors. Splinter Weapon with Chilling Victory is a nice way to start part of it, but i just need a nice finisher

If you want CV + SW, then throw out the mysticism.
But even that is risky as there are no good heals in scythe mastery or channeling magic. Maybe max scythe mastery, split points between earth and channeling and maybe make your elite either a scythe attack or vow of strength.
Haha, but i still think a RT casting that on you works A LOT better.

Haha, but i still think a RT casting that on you works A LOT better. This was a challenge that started in a IRC channel. I seem to always the worst luck with PUGs, with every Rt deciding it was the perfect melee class. So, I figured on trying to make this a stop-gap for when the Rt decides it can stand with the Warrior tank in close combat. That, and I wanted the challenge of making a decent D/Rt build.
