Basically these would be maybe on a tier above the current mods, but balanced out by the fact that they effects wouldn't be beneficial to use over your/the current Weapon mods available...in other words, they're not killer mods, but ones you would accept onto ur switch out list.

Ok, here we go.

Blessed, would maybe range from 5-10% chance at a 10% heal (not life steal, but just self heal, )

Chaotic, would maybe range 5-10% chance to inturrupt target.

And Damned would maybe range from a 5-10% chance to Attack twice at target (non skill attack)

obviously Melee specific, but as you can see, they're not overbearing in a way that would make the other mods redundant, they all have they're uses, but hey..what do you guys think.

First of all, I don't understand line 4-6.

Secondly, random things happening=horrible for PvP. The 20% recharge is already quite bad, but interrupt is even worse. Such luck can win or break a match.

Interesting ideas, but variable mods are a touchy subject with PvPers. I, however, like your "Blessed" mod.

Enchantment mods are just a weapon based [skill]Blessed Aura[/skill]

I think the Blessed mods would be weapon based [skill]Healer's Boon[/skill]
(Take out the limit of spells and the 50% faster thing, though.)

If you had this mod on your weapon, any time you heal yourself, or any time an ally heals you, you would gain 10% more health than usual. It's not a variable mod and anyone can have it.

But... You'd have to balance it, of course... 10% might be too high. The again, it might be too low... I have no clue.

I cannot agree with any of these ideas.
Blessed Is too easy to heal yourself without penalty. With the vampiric mod, you have the cost of 1 health degeneration.
5-10% chance of interrupting... no.
Damned whatever, Double Strikes? First of all, that'll make Sun and Moon strike absolutely suck, and Hundred Blades would become even worse. Also, if you want Double Strikes, go use some assassin class skill then.

Hm... nope. Chances in weapons are not a great idea already.
I would make the recharge weapoons (5..20% faster 100% of casts) than current (100% faster 50% of casts)
