hey guys

my pc specs are fine and i have a dsl connection.

i have been playing for the last four months with little to no problems.

from yesterday i have been getting game freeze and unplayable lag. the games starts by freezing on the map loading, it always say 32 files left remaining, then i final get in and lose connection due to lag.

would reinstall the game help?

your advice would greatly be appreciated

thanks

I ahve had lag too...tho not the 32 files remaining...try turning off some apps in your task bar (Messengers, any TSR or background programs)...they eat up memory...most times when I have lag I still have a good data transfer rate...its my computer not processing fast enough

Full system specs would help including router,OS, AV programs, firewalls etc.

If you are going for a reinstall, don't just reinstall, delete your Gw.dat file and download a completely new one using the -image command.

That means the problem probably comes from your ISP.
