sliver armor target selection
RainwalkerC
does any1 no how sliver armor selects its targets? especially if theres all melee and i want to target a ranger boss, that seems almost impossible even if i ran really close to the boss...
placebo overdose
well it is pretty random as far as i know and i dont think ranger boss is a good idea b/c resistance to elements

Shadow Stepping as with the E/A or A/E Shadow Form farmers works very well to keep Silver Armor on the boss.

its the closest foe, and then if its a tie it hits the highest level. simple

to my knowledge sliver armor is random and thus doesnt follow a pattern such as that. have you tested this or did you just throw it in thin air?
RainwalkerC
ya about that highest lvl thing... im not sure thats true..
Coloneh
ya it is. iv been farming with sliver armor sense the release of factions. It always targets a boss if they are close to you because of their higher level. If there is another mob on you that is a higher level they will be targeted. beware it is often difficult to tell what is close and what isnt because of even the tinyest of lag.
this used to be common knowledge. did everyone forget?

It's Sliver armor, not Silver.
Diddy bow
Tends to traget the nearest foe and if their is more than one it take the highest level, but shadow step is the best way to focus sliver on who you want.
