Player to Player mailing

I think it would be very cool if Guild Wars had an in-game mailing system. This is how it cold go:
- Go to your storage and select tab called "Mail Box"
-In Mail Box all your "letters" are displayed in a list showing who they are from and a short "subject"
-In mail box you can delete unwanted messages
-A dedicated ignore list for Mail
-Click on a recieved letter to open and read it
-In Mail Box click on the "Compose" button t open the "Composition: window
-Write your letter, insert the name of the character to which it will be going, insert your name and subject(optional)
-Letter can not be sent without the sender "Signing" it with his/her character name


Advantages:
>GM's can instantly send a message to all GW players with update warnings, event notices..ect.
>Enables you to send a message to a player who is offline (ex: Guild Leader)
>Could perhaps add a "Package" feature where you send gold or items in the mail.

Disadvantages:
>Most likely some ass holes will try to exploit the system and spam players
>Could accidently send gold/item to wrong players
