hi i am new and i like assasins but i heard about this boa build wat is this?i dont know how to make but im pretty sure they kill fast cause alot of people use boa in ab and im dead fast lol

Well, with one caveat to follow, you can find the build here.
The caveat, however, is quite a large one...it doesn't work any more. After the April 10th skill update, BoA's duration has been taken down unless you have a high strength (impossible for non-primary warriors), so the IAS just isn't there any more.
On the plus side, people will have to find a new build to pwn you in ABs from now on

Or you could use Tiger Stance as anyone that wants to stick to that build does.

On a more serious note, I'm not at a game ready computer here at work (I know, unfair) but is it possible that the 1/3 damage reduction from Flurry only applies to base damage and not the bonus damage from skills? If so how much weaker would it be since as a ranger dps goes up marginally using flurry even without attack skills?
I guess more of a theoretical or rhetorical (take your pick) question... heh
