Tiger(/lion) Sin... Ok working on the title of this build.

I know most people thought the BOA sin was cheap, I was not one of those people. I liked killing people in 3-5sec then scurrying into the safety of a monk. But, with the now 2sec duration (I tried unleashing the combo in 2 seconds but only managed to sustain a finger cramp and a bunch of "look at the noob" comments) I have been forced to look for a cool new way to kill people. I came up with some type of mutated BOA with Tiger stance as the speed boost(interchangeable with flail if u don't mind waiting for the 4 adrenalin needed).

Dagger Mastery- 13 (10+3)
Deadly Arts- 12 (11+1)
Critical Strikes- 13 (12+2+1)

Black Lotus Strike
Repeating Strike
Black Spider Strike
Twisting Fangs/ Lion's Comfort
Expose defenses
Siphon Speed
Way of the Empty Palm
Tiger Stance/ Flail/ Any Speed boost

This skill set is meant to use repeating strike without using any energy. Cast Expose, then siphon as a cover then open palm, pick either Black lotus (so if you miss with repeating you will have some energy while you wait for repeating to recharge) or black spider (for poison) then put Tigers on and go to town on that "2" button. For 4 sec you will attack 33% faster dishing out +27 after +27, then as a back up you can use Twisting fangs (for bleed+deep wound) if repeating misses or is evaded, or just use it to end your +27 Spree.

Sorry if this build is already out there and I subconsciously stole someones idea, I'm pretty sure i made this up.
As a side note you could use Fox's Promise and Phoenix Strike, but then you only have one skill to lead to repeating instead of two and you cant have Open palm, or Way of the Fox if you wanted some self healing from shadow arts but then your spaced out among four attributes and other areas of this spike will suffer. I found Sharpen Daggers to complement this build well but adds to the preparation time which is already a lot. Anyway, post variations you like and comment away... try to be kind...

Im not one of those topknotch elite gurus who played this from the first minute GW was released but i think that this is a pretty good build - i was looking for something to do with repeating strike but (and correct me if im wrong) an adrenaline based IAS would be good just do 3 hits with repeating and 6 more in 2 seconds.

Pretty nice build overall, going to try it in an hour.

It probably would work well, I have no idea why not too many people use WotEP. Black Lotus seems out of place though, with free attacks, why an e-management attack? I never really liked repeating strike either, although it seems made to work with WotEP...

With MB DB there is no "free" skill use, the entire point of this build. The only reason I had Black Lotus was as backup energy in case of enchantment removal/hex removal (No WotEP= no free attacks, No ED= a chance of a block skill. I like to be cautious )
