I don't think anyone's going to pay 100 ectos for a GoTH without a second dual modifier. R9 Inscriptables go for 100K+1XX, so I fail to see why someone would want to waste near the same amount on a GoTH that's lacking the second inherent.

Chakram should net 100K and beyond, agreed.
