Req 10 Divine Plagueborn Scepter

I was just wondering what the experts thought about this. I was thinking it might go for around 20k, but I'm not sure if the req 10 and the fact that it is a plagueborn make it anywhere near that amount.

Thoughts?

depends on the buyer if he is a collector of the plague skin he will pay 50k or more if its a norm guy who is after the stats than king abadon is right
