9% recharge universal
+1 curses 20%
20% cast time curses

gold and no inscription

its worth abit...i would say probably 50-75k but you should wait for a guru to pc it.

I'd say 20k max for this.
Zodiacs are fairly common at the moment, and few things that might go against your selling this above 20k:
* Zodiac curse staves are normally dark damage (Not cold damage which the sser's like).
* Its req 11
* It doesn't have a perfect hsr of 10%.

All little things, but it does affect the price. Of course your free to get more opinions.
