If mini pets were more than decoration.

If mini pets were more than decoration, what purpose could they serve? I would like mine to have mini battles where you could match yours against someone elses. I looked but couldn't find a similiar post if there is one I apologize.

You didn't search very hard, considering those were easy enough to dig up.

They could never do mini-pet fights because of the panda. Remember that China made ANet take them out as tameable pets because they could be killed?

Mini-pets do have a purpose. They give me lots of gold from people that collect them.

That's what I love about forums, instead of a polite you must have missed these, you get an in your face rude answer.

You think I should go out of my way to be nice to you? You put this thread in the wrong section and obviously neglected to do any searching you said you did. Some of us are tired of seeing threads over the same damned subjects all the time.

If mini-pets were more than decoration, they would cease being fun to collect.

Why? Because, the whole fun in collecting mini-pets is they serve no purpose other than visual eye-candy. If we started making "pet battles" or something else, then what started as a simple "free gift" would become a start something that actually had a game effect - like a Title Track for Mini-pet Battles.

Leave mini-pets alone. (Besides, what kind of sicko wants to enter their mini-pet into a [Rooster]-fight!) (stupid censor)

How about if the pets could interact in a non-combative way when in towns like little gatherinngs of pets.

They kinda do... I swear my Asura growls whenever a Charr Shaman gets too close!

I don't know how much time Anet wants to spend on minipets, but, yeah, if they have some time to spare, watching the pets interact would be fun.

I 2nd the notion they should auto-pick up loot for you (gold and items)
