Hale Shadow Staff
Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 20%)
Energy +10
Fire Dmg: 11-22 (Requires 9 Divine Favor)
Reduces Bleeding duration on you by 20% (Stacking)
Health +30
Two - Handed
The 2nd 1 i think is a Ritualist staff.
