Is the cities of ascalon quest broken?

I tried searching for 2 days about this but I can't find any information. I am a level 11 monk and did the 2 pre-req quests for the cities of ascalon quest but the scribe doesn't offer me it. I haven't gone past pikens square either so maybe that might be it as well? I thought that maybe I had completed it before but I made a new character from scratch yesterday and did the 2 pre-reqs again for cities of ascalon and the scribe didnt offer me the quest for my second character. I dont understand why its not showing up from the scribe?

You had to post this in the Monk forum what does this have to do with Monking as it should be in Q&A forum not here.I will give you a tip you need to finesh The Northern Wall mission in order to get this do a little searching around and there is a stickey in the questions and answers forum by Savio.It maybe in there look around.

I think that it's posted here because the quest reward is just about essential to making a solo monk, so I wouldn't complain about that bit.

I would however say that I don't think that the CoA quest is still working, I believe that you have to do Great Northern Wall to get access to this quest. anyway, if CoA no longer worked, I think there would be enough of an uproar that everyone would notice

when I was getting a guildie to ascalon for that, it turned out u need Prophecies char for the quest, ie, non Tyrians dont get the quest might be that

I did Cities of Ascalon last week.
When I returned to Symon for my reward, he wouldn't give it to me !

It took me all night to realize this was because I had a full bag......
sold off the drops and then he was happy to oblige.
