Got this in DoA the other day so I assume it can be inscribed. Currently it is unidentified as I have heard I could get a better price for it?

After looking in GuildWiki I realized there is an inscribable and a non-inscribable version of the item and thus this could appear as a scam of sorts so I have gone ahead and identified the item. Below is a screenshot of the stats.



Any idea of price range?

p.s. to moderators: I am not sure if this is to be its own thread now since i am no longer selling what my origional description was, but to avoid clutter I just put it in this thread. Please let me know if this was incorrect.
