I have only been Playing Guild Wars since Nighfall came out.
But since I bought all 3 Collector, and pre-order campains.
I LOVE THIS GAME!
Anyways to the questions:
I thought that green weapons where the best so I equipped myself and all 15 heros with green weapons/focus items.
Then I see theres some tormented weapons that are gold. And I see people use the word Perfect gold weapon.
My friend said that the color is just the rarity of the weapon.
So my questions are:
What is a Perfect Weapon?
Is there a list of the best weapons per necro/elem/ect..
I really want the best of everything for my heros and I.

Usually, Golds are worse than Greens, but some people prefer Golds if they have perfect modifiers on them, like 15% extra damage when over half health, etc. because they can change the modifiers and dye the weapon etc. however they want. If you're happy with the stats of your Greens however, then they are exactly the same as Golds function-wise

Greens are limited in the skin/mod/upgrade combos that are available. Players will pay much more for a skin they desire that can be altered to suit their style of play.
A perfect weapon does not exist. Most players have different ideas of what is perfect for their requirements. But the general player base thinks that a 15^50, 20/20 sundering, +30hp sword is the best you can have, thus the high prices.
