29-30 hp always <--must have
And must have one of the following
-2 in stance
-3 while hexed
-5 %20
or Armor +10 vs anything excep plants and demons

I have a req 9 tactics, Inscribeable Crude Shield.

Currently is modded with -5/20%, Health +30.

Dont know what you wanted to spend... but it won't come cheap, that much is for sure. let me know.
