Hey guys this is my first build I've actually posted. I got more but just haven't posted them yet so help me on this but don't say anything too mean . I use this in RA but could maybe be used for other things maybe with tweaking?
Rt/R The Spirit Spiker = Damage Dealer
Spawning 12 (11+1)
Communing 6
Mark 12
I didn't have any runes for Rit at the moment but you can add runes if you want.
Skills:
Spirits Strength *E*
Favorable Winds
Dual Shot
Keen Arrow
Distract Shot
Vital Weapon
REad the Wid
Res Sig
Weapon doesn't really matter as long as it's maxed. I have a longbow with a +5 energy inscription on it and it's shocking (JUst for fun and to get a little around the wars physical armor bonus). I also have a maxed fort mod on it.
Armor wise just make sure it's maxed. I can't remember all the runes/insignias I put on my armor and I'm too lazy to check but I know I ended up with 46 energy and 550 hp.
Ok anyways executing this build is pretty simple. Before battle put up Fav Winds, Spirits Strength, Vital Weapon and Read the Wind. Look for a target that you know is pretty weak like a spellcaster or something (Deosn't really matter just that wars are like the tinest bit hader cus of armor). Start off with Dual shot then keen shot. Keep firing keen shot and DS Once in awhile. Distracting shot when needed. That's basically it.
I can do a good amount of damage with this build. On Spellcastes without attack skills I usually always hit aroun 60-70. Dualshot I've hit 120-130. Keen Arrow I've hit around 140 when I get Critical. It's funny cus even disract shot does 30 dmg always. I usually kill the target in 4-7 hits if they don't run/heal.
I also have not had any E-management probs yet even with 44 energy.
The ONLY Problem I have with this build is no self heal.
Inspiration came from the Rt/A Spirit of the Assasin build thingy.

I'll Post.
This build looks good, and I have been messing around with a Spirit Strength Ranger for a while because all Spirit Strength builds are fun. This build looks good and it can apply some great damage, especially because you are attacking from the distance, but the only problem that I can see so far is energy managmenent. I don't know how you didn't have any problems, but when I used a similar build my energy bar drained pretty fast.

I've only got down to 0 energy once so far because I went 1 on 1 with a warrior and had to spam alot.
I won . Distract Shot against Healing sig ftw.

I'm not entirely sure that you wouldn't get more damage just by using an IAS, since the majority of your damage is from spirits's strength. heket's rampage gives you IAS 70% of the time at 4 spec, so it's a pretty good deal.
