I've read and read about how everyone wants it so you can see the names of another guild so that people know who's on and what not... Understandable
I've also read Gayle state that it would be too hard to impliment that as there are quite often to many names for it all to fit... I understand that too..
I have a simple three line solution to this problem...
Under each guild name you do this..
EG:
Heroez Of Eternity [HoE]
The Guild Leader is online/offline.
There are 5 Officers online.
There are 52 members online.
While this is not the perfect solution I think that this is a workable and much more Dev friendly suggestion..
Alliance Guild Names shown with a difference.

A simple
Guildname [tag] (0/0)
would work fine. (a/b) representing b whereis the total, and a whereis the current logged on (user status ignored).

I find Dubby's idea the best.

yea i would like a [blah](0,0,0,0) being leader officers members total. and this could be disabled from viewing / showing in guild options.
