Need PC on this shield. all in the screen, it has perfect mods but high req otherwise is very diffivul to get this mods because there are not incribables celestial shields.

Mm, req puts this one down.. alot..

im not 100% sure, but try 50-60k?

and inscribable celestials do drop.. in HoH

get more opinions.
