There are references to Orrish and Elonian 'Floating Stones' Earth staves, but info on the Canthan Earth Staff is rather limited. Can someone provide an estimate on the value of this staff please:

Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 20%)
Energy +5
Earth Dmg: 11-22 (Requires 10 Earth Magic)
Halves casting time of Earth Magic spells (Chance: 19%)
Earth Magic +1 (20% chance while using skills)
Inscription: (open)

I was thinking between 30-50k+, but I left PCing a long time ago so best to have someone current confirm this or provide a more accurate PC.
