1. a toucher is a ranger/necromancer
rangers primary attribute is expertise which lowers the energy cost of skills, attacks, and stances. NEcromances have a few high energy touch skills that are lowered with expertise, so the raner uses them.
2. spikeing is when a simultanious attack is made on 1 target to try and kill it before it is healed.

Touching is a noob scrub build that can't do anything right, requires no skill, won't make you better at the game, and won't win you matches against good players.

Nah, Thomas is pretty much correct. Touching isn't really effective against smart players.
More info on spiking. Basically, a spike is a very well coordinated casting of a single high damage spell or attack (usually timed to go off at the same time using a voice chat program like Ventrillo or TeamSpeak). Usually 5-6 people cast at once on the same target. If done properly, it should kill the target in under 1 second.
